With reports from agents arriving of unrest and invasions, the Scottish Council orders the marquis of Atholl to raise five hundred Highland Watch, for securing the peace in Argyllshire. These men will have meat & drink provided, with arms and ammunition drawn from the King's magazine. These men will be under the command of the Laird of Ballechan.
